Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return request, contact us at service@amacer.shop before sending any item back.
Return Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Final sale items, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and help with the next available solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returned items.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
